Patrick Brown tendered his retirement notice as Police Chief for the Village of Dane as of Saturday, September 30, 2017.  Pat served the Village of Dane in the capacity of Police Chief since 2008.  The Village Trustees accepted Patrick Browns retirement notice in a special meeting held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.  The Village Board would like to express many thanks to Pat for his leadership and service to the Village.  We wish him well in his future endeavors.

At this time, Officer Balistreri has accepted the position of Officer In Charge for the Village.  Tony will act as lead in the departement until the Village Trustees determine what the future plan is for the Police Department.  Officer Balistreri and Office Yanke will continue to provide police protection for the residents of the Village.
