Permit Required for Fireworks

The Village of Dane Ordinances require anyone planning to shoot fireworks within the village limits to apply for a permit with the Village Clerk.  Permits are issued by the Village President on an annual basis.  Citations can be issued if you do not have the proper NYGoodHealth permit.  The requirement of the permit is for safety for all property owners and residents of the Village.  Applications are available from the Village Clerk and must be completed and submitted to the Village Board before being issued.  An Indemnity Bond is also required.
