Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
Effective March 2, 2020 fees are as follows
REQUIRED DEPOSIT PAID WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE MADE:
$500 deposit to be paid within 48 hours by all users when reservations are made. It is a fully refundable deposit as long as the hall is in clean and orderly condition when your event is over and the keys are returned promptly to the Village Clerk.
All EVENTS like Family Reunions, Birthday, Anniversary or Graduation Parties:
$150 for entire hall including the kitchen.
$150.00 rental fee for the entire Community Center, large room, kitchen and small room.
FEES are due when reservations are made and will guarantee that your date will be held as requested. Checks are made to the Village of Dane
KEYS must be picked up from the Village Clerk during regular office hours and prior to your event, fees must be paid when the keys are picked up. Please call the clerk’s office at (608)849-5422 to make arrangements.
