SHELTER RENTAL: Rental Application
Bert Deans Park is available to rent between May 1 and September 30 each year. Once the temperatures cool off, the water is also turned off. After that the park is not available to rent and the bathrooms are closed. The bathrooms in Bert Deans Park are open for use by anyone in the park from May 1 through September 30. A $500 deposit is required within 48 hours to hold the date of your reservation on the calendar. Deposits are returned if the park shelter and grounds are left in clean and orderly condition at the end of your event . Park Rental Fee $150 per event. Park Rental Fee for Weddings $250.00. The Rental Fee may be adjusted at the discretion of the Village Board of Trustees for not-for-profit groups. Contact the Village Clerk for more information. Please allow plenty of time for your request to be added to a regular board meeting for the Village Board of Trustees.
