Every dog license application MUST have a current rabies certificate provided each year for each dog.  2025 dog licenses cannot be issued without proof of rabies vaccination.  Please remember to include the proper vaccination certificate with your application. 

If you would like your tags mailed to you, a self addressed stamped envelope needs to be included with your paperwork as well.
