Spring Election

The Spring Election will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.  Polls will open at 7am and close at 8pm that day. All village residents vote at the Community Center at the Dane Village Hall & Fire Station. The building is accessable by the front door or the east side double doors on Election Day. 

Absentee voting by mail can be requested anytime until Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 5pm. 

In-Person Absentee Voting will be held from Tuesday, March 21, 2023 until Friday, March 31, 2023 at 5 pm. In- Person Absentee Voting is held during regular office hours (8:30am to 4:30pm) for the Village Clerk Treasurer. Please bring a photo ID to Absentee Vote. 

All Absentee Ballots must be returned to the Clerk’s Office in person or by mail.  Absentee Ballots will not be counted if they are drop in the payment drop box or if they are received after 8pm on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.  If you vote by Absentee Ballot, you are encouraged to return that ballot as soon as you are able.   If your absentee ballot is not returned from this Election, you may be removed from the absentee ballot mailing list. You are encouraged to allow 7 days if you return your ballot by United State Postal Service.

The Clerk and Deputy Clerk are happy to answer any questions you might have about voting.
