Utility Customers Using All PAID: All utility payments made online will now go through the new portal – danewi.ourcommunityconnect.com As of April 1, 2024, the All Paid online website is no longer available.  Please visit the website listed above to  make electronic payments.  If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Village Clerk’s office at 608-849-5422 and we will walk you through the process.     No changes have been made for the Utility Customers who have their monthly payment pulled from your bank account by the Village Clerk’s office. This is the most cost effective and easiest way to have your payment made automatically.  If you are interested in setting your account up for a Direct Pay Option, please contact the Clerk’s Office and request the form.

simplified Water Rate Case Public Notice

The Village of Dane Water Sewer Commission may approve the application of an 8% water rate increase to cover expenses incurred to provide water to the residents of the Village of Dane.  The application will be filed with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin if it is approved on Monday, August 7, 2023 at the Water Sewer Commission meeting. The propsed rate increase notice is posted here and will be sent in the August Water Sewer bills on August 1, 2023.  If you have questions, please contact the village clerk’s office at 608-849-5422. This is a simplfied rate case and a Public Hearing is not required.  The proposed effective date of the increase is October 1, 2023.
